Telecom giant AT&T announced plans to charge $29 more per month for privacy in its high-speed GigaPower Internet service plan. In this case, privacy means keeping your Web browsing habits away from advertisers, which are willing to pay telecom companies for this information, in order to provide targeted advertisements.
